From the worker’s Personnel profile, scroll down to the Certificates section.
In the certificate list, the icons indicate the status of each certificate:
Green tick: Verified and approved by the MyPass team.
Yellow tick: Verified and approved but the certificate will expire soon.
Yellow triangle: Pending Verification (the MyPass team has not yet approved the certificate).
Up arrow: Pending upload (no document or file is attached to the certificate).
Red triangle:
-
- Expired - The certificate was verified by MyPass but has expired (hover over the icon to see the verification and expiration dates).
- Rejected - The certificate could not be verified by the MyPass team. The reason for rejection is shown when you open the certificate. Read more about qualification acceptance and rejection.
The icons below are specific to customers who work with a Learning Management System (LMS) integration.
Blue Calendar - Where there is an LMS integration in place this will show pending the course being available for personnel to take.
Black Padlock - The lock icon will appear if an integrated LMS course is manually added to a Personnel profile. Once successfully synced with the profile, it will change to be displayed as a calendar icon (above) indicating that workers can take the course.
