Throughout the portal there are symbols and icons. This article explains their meaning.
Certificates view in the Personnel Profile
From the worker’s Personnel profile, scroll down to the Certificates section.
In the certificate list, the icons indicate the status of each certificate:
Green tick: Verified and approved by the MyPass team. |

Yellow tick: Verified and approved but the certificate will expire soon. | |
Yellow triangle: Pending Verification (the MyPass team has not yet approved the certificate). | |
Up arrow: Pending upload (no document or file is attached to the certificate). | |

In the main Personnel screen, various icons are used to give information about the personnel.
Solid triangle icon with an exclamation: This icon indicates awaiting personnel acceptance, which means that the personnel is new to MyPass and has not yet accepted the invitation to join. (Email and SMS messaging functionalities are disabled until the personnel accepts the invitation.) | |
Lock icon: Signifies that the personnel has an existing account in MyPass but has not yet accepted the invitation to connect with your company. Or they have unaffiliated with your instance of MyPass. If the lock icon is visible you cannot do the following actions

Green tick: Indicates that the profile has been validated. |
Project Icons
A project that has been created by someone in your organisation. | |
A project that has been shared with you and has limited options for editing. | |
Illustrates that the feature can be shared. Hover over the Icon to view who it has been shared with |
The icons below are specific to customers who work with a Learning Management System (LMS) integration.
Blue Calendar - Where there is an LMS integration in place this will show pending the course being available for personnel to take. | |
Black Padlock - The lock icon will appear if an integrated LMS course is manually added to a Personnel profile. Once successfully synced with the profile, it will change to be displayed as a calendar icon (above) indicating that workers can take the course. |
