QuickVerify is a feature designed to optimise certificate verification workflows for authorised admin users. This is particularly useful for admin users who currently add internal certificates to personnel and subsequently verify them in a separate workflow.
Note: QuickVerify applies only to internal certificates within the platform; global and shared certificates are excluded.
Administrators can configure internal certificates for QuickVerify and assign trusted User Groups with ‘Verifications’ administrator permissions. For details on setting up User Group Permissions, refer to Set Up and Configure User Group Permission.
QuickVerify can be enabled for both new and existing certificates. Each certificate requires QuickVerify to be enabled individually.
For New Certificates
Navigate to Certifications. Click the + icon to add a new certification. |
Complete the required fields, and click Next. For more details on adding internal certificates, go to Create Internal Certificates. |
In the QuickVerify section, check the box and select User Groups for verification permissions. Note: Only User Groups with the ‘Verifications’ permission will appear. Click Add Certification to save. |
For Existing Certificates
Go to Certifications, filter by Owned, and click the ellipsis to Edit the certificate.
Update necessary fields and click Next. In the QuickVerify section, check the box and select User Groups. Note: Only User Groups with the ‘Verifications’ permission will appear. Click Save Certification. |
To Add Internal Certificates with QuickVerify
Go to the personnel profile, navigate to the Certificates section, and click Add Certification.
Search and select the internal certificate with QuickVerify enabled. |
A notice will appear to complete the details to immediately verify the certificate being uploaded. Upload the document and complete the required fields. |
The certificate will be verified immediately against the personnel profile. For more details on adding personnel certificates, go to Add Certificates to a Personnel Profile.
Note: If QuickVerify is not enabled, certificates uploaded by workers or suppliers follow the standard verification process. For more details, refer to Verify Internal Certificates.
