Using the Project pipeline, you have the flexibility to move between different stages. From the Matches stage, you can invite personnel to Apply, or you can Shortlist, Offer and Confirm them etc. This article looks at the stages of the recruitment pipeline as part of a Project in MyPass.

Matches |
Personnel with profiles that match the required skills for the role. For more information on Matching Personnel go to Matching Personnel to Project Roles |
Invited |
Everyone that has received an invitation to view this Project Role. For more information on inviting personnel go to Inviting Personnel to a Project Role |
Applied |
Personnel who have applied for the role, but have not yet been moved to a later stage. For more information on Managing Applications in a Project Role go to Managing Applications in a Project Role |
Shortlisted |
Personnel who have been shortlisted for the role. If they have progressed into a further stage, they won’t be listed here. |
Followup |
Personnel can sit in the Followup stage when you are awaiting more information or requirements. |
Confirmed |
MyPass has three workflows for Confirming Personnel in a Project role. Direct - Personnel can be confirmed directly by the person who has created the project and project roles. Supplier Administrators - Can confirm their teams into a role that is part of a Project Resource Request. Confirm Personnel from Resource Request (for Service Provider Admins) Customer Confirms - (a relying party) Your customer requires ‘Proposed’ Personnel’ so that only they can confirm people to the project. Confirm Proposed Personnel from Resource Request (for Client Admins) |
Proposed |
If your customer has an internal approval process for personnel on their sites, you’ll use a Proposed stage. After you propose personnel, they are visible to your customer for approval. Note: You can only propose or confirm personnel with an existing profile. If the below is displayed, they will be required to accept before you can move them. Solid triangle icon with an exclamation: Awaiting personnel acceptance. |
Removed |
Personnel who are removed from the recruitment pipeline from any stage. |
NOTE:
- Your personnel automatically receive an email when you invite them to apply or offer them the role.
- Your personnel can track their status within the stages by checking their calendar from their own account.
- You can reject personnel from the recruitment pipeline at any stage of the resourcing process.
