Using Projects you can create a resource request to share with your suppliers. There are two options, you can add the project roles or allow your supplier to add the roles.
Launch Projects from the left hand navigation panel and select the project that you want to create and share your Resource Request for.
In Roles/View all Roles navigate to the three ellipses and select Add Resource Request.
Give your Resource Request a name. This will be the title that your supplier sees and associates with your projects.
Start to type in the Supplier field and the names of your affiliated suppliers will appear for you to select from.
Add the Supplier ID is an optional feature that forms part of a supplier management solution in MyPass. You can add them if these have been added under Organisations. For more information on adding Supplier ID’s refer to Manage Supplier and Client ID.
If you are adding Project Roles we recommend that you add all of your roles before sending the Resource Request to your supplier.
Under roles, add the roles that you are requesting from your supplier. You can use the search function or select from the drop down list. Click Next
You will see your selection displayed. Select the quantity you are requesting from this supplier by using the arrow up/down or type the number into the box.
You can only select a quantity that is within the range provided in the Project Role.
Allow Supplier to Add Roles
In some instances Resource Requests are used allowing your supplier to add the required roles themselves. These roles are still subject to the Skills Matrix compliance once added by your supplier.
Tick Allow suppliers to add roles and click Next
To view your Resource Requests go to Requests
Or select View All Roles and then Requests.
To view the name of your supplier, hover of the
