After you create a Project Role, you can begin matching personnel to mobilise to your project.

Matches are personnel profiles that match the Classification of the role. As you create a project role with compliance requirements, MyPass automatically identifies matching profiles and shows them under Matches. 

Personnel are sorted based on the highest compliance match to lowest. The percentage displays how well they meet the mandatory requirements.  

Click on the percentage button to view details of your personnel’s mandatory and desired qualifications.  You can also view their availability during the project dates, their location, and whether they have the required skills for the role. 

The tick icon indicates that a certificate has been uploaded to the personnel profile.

A green tick: the certificate is current and  verified by MyPass.

An orange tick icon: the certificate will be expiring soon. 

A red tick icon:  the certificate is expired. 

A red x:  no requirement is uploaded OR it is not verified by MyPass

To increase the results you see in the Matches results, you can adjust some settings. If you don't have enough suitable candidates within your pipeline, you can request resources from your business partners.
