Once your onboarding with MyPass is complete, you're ready to begin. Follow these steps to access and utilise the platform for OMV:
Step 1: Invite Personnel to MyPass
- Invite your personnel to join your worker pool. For detailed instructions, go to Invite Personnel to a Resource Pool.
Note: Ensure that all your invited personnel have accepted the invitation and completed their MyPass account set-up.
Step 2: Assign Compliance Position

Assign the appropriate position to each of your personnel. This step is crucial for compliance tracking.
- If workers operate at multiple sites, assign each site's role separately.
- If you're unsure of the role options, choose the one with broader training requirements to help ensure compliance.

Step 3: Upload Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Upload the required qualifications, licenses, and certifications to your personnel's profiles. For detailed instructions, go to Add Certificates to a Personnel Profile.
Note: Ensure that all mandatory requirements for each personnel profile are at 100% completion.
Step 4: Dashboard Overview: Resource Pool View

This allows you to view or generate reports that provide a comprehensive overview of your personnel's compliance data. This includes:
- Personnel compliance status
- Upcoming and expired certifications
- Total personnel by classification and position
- The overall number of personnel in your resource pool
