The Overview dashboard, Projects View offers a real-time comprehensive view of the resourcing pipeline for each project role.
In the Overview dashboard, click on Projects to see the Projects view.
Click the dropdown to choose an Asset. An "Asset" refers to a business unit or key location where work is carried out. Projects are organised by asset, with relevant matrices linked and applied to each project.
Click the Project name to view its roles and details.
Note: The project details will only appear in the Overview after personnel have been assigned to any of the following buckets: Shortlisted, Proposed, or Confirmed.
The Projects dashboard provides an overview of the following:
- Required - the number of personnel needed for the role.
- Confirmed - the personnel who have accepted the offer.
- Remaining - the number of personnel still required.
- Compliance - the average compliance percentage for each role or project.
- On site - indicates the confirmed number of workers.
- To mobilise - the personnel whose engagement start dates have been updated to a future date.
- Processing - the personnel currently under consideration for the role, including those in the shortlisted or follow-up stages.
Use the date filter to set the Project data range. Click the refresh icon to apply the date range filter.
Click the Role name to view the relevant resourcing pipeline. In the Role view, you will find personnel names, roles, statuses, suppliers, start & end dates, gender, address, recruitment, mobilisation, and compliance %.
Select the filters to show Invited, Applied, Followup, Offered, or Confirmed statuses. Where a Project Role Tracking Template is in use, slide the bottom scroll bar to the right to view the additional requirements.
Note: You can click on any of the cells to update or enter the desired value.

Enable Compliance Expiration to view certifications that are set to expire. You can see 90 days ahead in the dashboard, or run the report to view all certs expiring within the next 180 days. For more information, go to Enhanced Personnel Compliance Monitoring by Role Requirements.
Note: Excel export functionality is not available for the 'Compliance Expiration' view.
Click the Download icon to download a report.
Click the maximise or minimise
window icon to enlarge/reduce the view.
Reports are emailed in two formats: a formatted Excel file and a CSV file reflecting the filters you've applied. Select the format that best meets your needs.
Formatted export includes conditional formatting to indicate compliance status.
Requirement Groups:
- Compliance status is rolled up to the group level, instead of showing status for individual certificates within the group. Compliance status for Mandatory Requirement Groups is represented as a binary Compliant (green) or Non-Compliant (red), therefore a Requirement Group will not show as 'Expiring' or 'Missing'.
- Compliance status for Desired Requirement Groups is represented as a binary Compliant (green) or Non-Compliant (yellow). It is noted as Desired in the export.
Mandatory certificate requirements:
- Green: compliant
- Red: missing, expired, pending upload, or rejected
- Orange: pending verification
- Yellow: expiring soon (30 days) or no expiry date (meaning the worker has this certificate but there is no expiry date set)
Desired certificate requirements:
- Green: compliant
- Yellow: any non-compliant statuses or expiring soon (30 days)
Expiry dates are shown directly in the document and account for custom validity periods.
CSV export isn’t colour-coded and displays the same information as the formatted export.
