Dashboard Overview - Project View

The Overview dashboard, Projects View offers a real-time comprehensive view of the resourcing pipeline for each project role.  

1. In the Overview dashboard.

2. Click on Projects to see the Projects view.

3. Click the dropdown to choose an Asset.  An "Asset" refers to a business unit or key location where work is carried out. Projects are organised by asset, with relevant matrices linked and applied to each project.

4. Click the Project name to view its roles and details. 

Note: The project details will only appear in the Overview after personnel have been assigned to any of the following buckets: Shortlisted, Proposed, or Confirmed. See the figure below for an example.

5. The Projects dashboard provides an overview of the number of required personnel, confirmed and remaining personnel.  It shows the compliance percentage,

On site - indicates the confirmed number of workers.

To mobilise - refers to workers whose engagement start dates have been updated to a future date.

Processing - refers to workers still under consideration for the role, including those in the shortlisted or follow-up stages.

6. Use the date filter to set the Project data range.  Click the refresh icon to apply the date range filter.

 7. Click the Role name to view the relevant resourcing pipeline.  In the Role view you will find personnel names, status, supplier, start & end date, gender, Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander status, address, recruitment, mobilisation, and compliance %. 

8.  Select the filters to show Invited, Applied, Followup, Offered, or Confirmed statuses. Where a Project Role Tracking Template is in use, slide the bottom scroll bar to the right to view the additional requirements.   

Note:  You can click on any of the cells to update or enter the desired value.

10. Click the maximise or minimise window icon to enlarge/reduce this project role dashboard view.
