Proactively manage worker certificate compliance by project role. Use Compliance Expiration to view certifications that are set to expire. You can see 90 days ahead in the dashboard, or run the report to view all certs expiring within the next 180 days.

By selecting a project role from the Overview dashboard, Industry Portal users have the option to select “Compliance Expiration”. When enabled the Compliance Expiration view will provide the user with upcoming certification expirations in relation to the selected role requirements. 

Notably, this encompasses any customised validity periods associated with the role.

1. From the navigation panel, click Overview.

2. Select Projects.

3. Select an Asset. 

4. Enable Compliance Expiration.

5. You land on a role's Compliance requirements, but you can also view the role's Recruitment requirements.

6. On the dashboard, you can see workers with certifications that expire within 90 days.

The report shows workers with certifications that expire within 180 days.
