Proposing workers is a key step in the personnel resourcing workflow. When a client sends a resource request to a supplier, the supplier must set a worker in the Proposed stage of the recruitment workflow before they can be confirmed for a role by the requesting client.
When a client sends a resource request to their vendors/contractors/suppliers which requires approval, your personnel needs to be proposed first before the requesting client can confirm your personnel for a role.
Propose a worker
1. From the left navigation panel, click Projects.
If no role is included, you can Create a Role.
2. Select the Project that was shared with you. A project shared by your client will have a lock symbol next to the client's name.
3. Click on the role to start filling the requests.
4. If you don't have enough matches, you can remove the classification & requirements filter. By default, the Matches bucket only shows the workers who match the role classification.
Click the filter icon and select Ignore personnel classification to see all the workers within the selected resource pool.
5. Click the ellipsis to select a worker to send to the site.
6. Click Invite. All pre-mobilisation role requirements are sent to the personnel's Skills Passport.
7. Select Set as Proposed to move your personnel to the Proposed bucket. Your client will now have visibility over this personnel and can start their internal approval processes.
8. Any personnel displaying the lock icon need to accept the invite before they can be proposed.
9. For projects that require profile validation: If the profile has not yet been validated, first request profile validation in order to propose the personnel. Read more at What is Profile Validation?
View Proposed Personnel

For each of your proposed personnel, you can see their requirement percentages:

2. Click on the requirement percentages to view the status of your personnel's qualifications.
A green tick: compliant
A red tick: not compliant for the project (it will expire during the project as per the client's matrix requirements).
A red x: missing
3. Toggle on the role tracking template by clicking on the highlighted icon. This will display any comments left by the client, and show if the personnel is approved.
4. After a client has completed their approval process and approved your proposed personnel, the personnel are moved to the confirmed bucket.
5. Click the Confirmed bucket to view all personnel that are approved by your client.

The default engagement dates are the start and end date set when the project was created.
The personnel engagement dates can be updated from the Proposed and Confirmed buckets. If you edit the engagement dates, you will be given the option to notify or not notify your personnel of the date changes.
