Proposing personnel is a key step in the personnel resourcing workflow. When your client sends a resource request, you must propose personnel before they can be confirmed for a role.
Note: Personnel must be proposed before the owner client can approve them if the request requires approval.
From the left navigation panel, click Projects. Choose the project shared by your client. A project shared by your customer will have a lock icon next to the name.
Click the specific role you want to fill. If no role exists, you can create one.
For more information on creating a role, go to Create a Project Role.
If you don't see enough matches, adjust your filters. By default, the Matches bucket shows only personnel matching the role classification.
Click the filter icon and select Ignore personnel classification to see all personnel within the selected resource pool.
Note: If a worker’s profile shows a lock icon, they must accept the invite before they can be proposed. |
For projects requiring profile validation, request validation before proposing the worker. For more information on Profile Validation, go to What is Profile Validation? |
Click the ellipsis next to a personnel’s name and click Set as Proposed to move the worker to the Proposed bucket.
Optionally, you can set the worker to other stages of the recruitment process. For more details on the recruitment process, go to Project Role Stages (Buckets).
Your customer can now view and begin their approval process. Your customer can now view and begin their approval process. To view the personnel you’ve proposed, go to View Proposed Personnel.
