Updating project details is key to maintaining accuracy and keeping your project aligned with current needs. Managing and updating project timelines, tags, and the recruitment process helps streamline workflow and ensures team collaboration.
From the left navigation panel, click Projects. Hover over the project you want to update and click the ellipsis (...) and select Edit Project Details.

You can now change the following project details:
Project Code: Enter a unique project code. Project Name: Enter the name of the project. Status: Set the project status to Active, Archived or Draft. Asset: Choose an asset from the dropdown. Note: If the Role Tracking Template is mandatory for your project, you must include one. Project Dates (If enabled): If project dates are required, specify the start and end dates. For more information on Project Dates, go to Project Dates. Start Date: Specify the start date of the project. End Date: Specify the end date of the project.
Once you've made your changes, click Save. |
Other Ways to Update an Existing Project:
Edit Project Contributors (if enabled): If your organisation uses Project Contributors, you can edit the admins who will manage the project. |
Edit Recruitment Process: Modify the stages of your worker recruitment process to ensure it aligns with your current needs.

Tags: Add new tags or edit existing ones to help categorize and filter your project effectively. For more information on Project Tags, go to Use Project Tags. |
Duplicate: Create a copy of the project with all details—including engagement dates, assets, matrices, and roles—retained for future use. |
Archive: Deactivate the project while keeping all data intact for reference. |
