Use MyPass to manage the end-to-end recruitment progress for a project role. Source matching profiles for the role, invite workers, track applications, shortlist favourites, extend offers, and track responses.
Recruitment data is seen at multiple levels.
1. From the main Project page, you see a high level view of all your projects: the aggregated requirements and recruitment status of all roles, by project.
Filled: The percentage of personnel who have reached the Confirmed stage or have accepted an offer, out of the total number of required personnel in all roles.
Roles: The total number of roles posted in the project.
Personnel: The total number of personnel required for all posted roles.
Applications: The total number of personnel who have applied, regardless if they are already moved to other buckets.
Confirmed: total number of personnel who have accepted offers.
2. When you click into a project, you see the project-level summary of recruitment across roles in that project.
Filled: The percentage of personnel who have reached the Confirmed stage or have accepted an offer, out of the total number of required personnel in all roles.
Invitations: The total number of invitations sent. (This includes personnel who have been moved to other stages.)
Applications: The total number of personnel who have applied (This includes personnel who have been moved to other stages.)
Offers: The total number of personnel who have been offered the role, whether or not they have accepted. Includes personnel who have been removed from the role in the project.
Confirmation: Number of personnel who have accepted the offer.
3. Drill down into a specific role to manage recruitment for that role.
At each stage, the number shows how many candidates are in that stage. Click a stage of the recruitment pipeline to see the candidates in that stage. Within the row for each worker, find out more about their availability and how well they match the role requirements.
Matches: Personnel with profiles that match the required skills for the role.
Invited: The total number of invited personnel. All workers who have received an invitation-even if they’re also in a later stage.
Applied: Personnel who have applied for the role, but have not yet been moved to a later stage. who are not moved to any buckets yet.
Shortlisted: Personnel who have been shortlisted for the role. If a worker has progressed into a further stage, they won’t be listed here.
Followup: Put personnel into the Followup stage when you are awaiting more information or requirements.
Confirmed: Personnel who have accepted the offer.
Removed: Personnel who are removed from the recruitment pipeline from any stage.
