Project-Level Overview
From the main Project page, you’ll see a high-level view of all your projects, including the aggregated requirements and recruitment status for each role within the project.
Filled |
Percentage of personnel who have reached the Confirmed stage or have accepted an offer, out of the total required personnel for all roles. |
Roles |
Total number of roles posted in the project. |
Personnel |
Total number of personnel required for all posted roles. |
Applications |
Total number of personnel who have applied, regardless of whether they’ve been moved to other stages. |
Proposed |
Total number of personnel suggested to a client. This option is available only if your client has an internal approval process before confirming personnel. |
Confirmed |
Total number of personnel who have accepted offers. |
Project-Level Recruitment Overview
When you click into a specific project, you’ll see a detailed summary of recruitment across roles.
Filled |
Percentage of personnel who have reached the Confirmed stage or have accepted an offer, out of the total required personnel for all roles. |
Invitations |
Total number of invitations sent. (This includes personnel who have been moved to other stages.) |
Applications |
Total number of personnel who have applied (This includes personnel who have been moved to other stages.) |
Offers |
Total number of personnel who have been offered the role, whether or not they have accepted. Includes personnel who have been removed from the role in the project. |
Confirmation |
Number of personnel who have accepted the offer. |
Managing Recruitment for a Specific Role
Drill down into a specific role to manage recruitment activities for that position. Each stage of the recruitment pipeline displays the number of candidates currently in that stage.
Click on any stage to view the list of candidates. For each candidate, you can see their availability and how closely they match the role requirements—making it easier to assess fit and progress them through the pipeline.

Personnel with profiles that match the required skills for the role. |
Invited |
Total number of invited personnel. All personnel who have received an invitation-even if they’re also in a later stage. |
Applied |
Personnel who have applied for the role but have not yet been moved to a later stage or into any buckets. |
Shortlisted |
Personnel who have been shortlisted for the role. If a personnel has progressed into a further stage, they won’t be listed here. |
Followup |
Put personnel into the Followup stage when you are awaiting more information or requirements. |
Confirmed |
Personnel who have accepted the offer. |
Removed |
Personnel who are removed from the recruitment pipeline from any stage. |
