You can update your personnel's details, such as mobile number, address, gender, work country, date of birth, USI/RUT, and spoken language at any time.
If their profile has been validated (see Profile Validation), you will be required to resubmit before editing names and date of birth.
You can update the email address of personnel that is still in the Invited tab. However, an existing email address in the MyPass system cannot be updated directly and can only be changed through a request to support@mypassglobal.com.
Update Personnel Details
Open the personnel’s profile by clicking their name in any of the following sections:
- Personnel Invitations
- Resource Pools
- Projects
- Overview Dashboard
| Click the dropdown arrow in the Personal Info section to expand and display the information. | |
| Click on the specific section (e.g., mobile) to update the information. | |
| Make the necessary changes and click Save. |
Update Personnel Name
Click the personnel name and update the name fields as required. Click Save.
Note: For accounts created by personnel themselves, encourage them to update their own personal information to maintain information security.
If the profile was created by any of your admins and the invitation has not yet been accepted, you may update the name on their behalf.
A triangle icon appears next to the personnel name in the Personnel list if their invitation has not yet been accepted.

It would be great to include into this article the way that admins can update their personnel´s name or last name.
