You can update the email address of personnel that is still in the Invited tab. However, email addresses that exist already in the MyPass system can no longer be updated and can only be changed through a request to support@mypassglobal.com.
1. Go to Invite Personnel on the sidebar and select the Personnel Invitation where you would like an email address to be updated.
2. Click on the Invited tab.
3. Click the more options icon next to the personnel details that you would like to update. Then, select Edit Email.
4. Update the email address on the Email field. You can also add an additional message for the individual, this is optional.
5. After updating the email address and the optional additional message for the individual. Click Send to send the invitation with the updated email address.
