Update an Email Address in an Invitation

You can update the email address for personnel still in the Invited tab. Once an email address is added to the MyPass system, it can only be changed by contacting support at support@mypassglobal.com.

On the sidebar, go to Invite Personnel and select the invitation batch where you wish to update the email address.

 

Click the Invited tab to view the list of personnel.

 

Click the ellipsis (...) next to the personnel’s details, then select Edit Email.

 

 

 

 

Enter the new email address in the Email field. You can also add an optional message for the recipient.

 

After updating the email, click Resend Invitation to send to the new email address.
