Before you can send an invite, an invitation batch and a resource pool must be available. 

Note: If you’re inviting personnel to a specific client owner or site, use the existing invitation batch(es) that MyPass has pre-created. Otherwise, create an invitation batch.

Navigate to Invite Personnel on the left hand panel. Click the + button.

Input the name of the invitation batch. Then, select the Resource Pool you want your personnel to sit in from the selection. Click Save.

Note: 

• If a resource pool doesn't exist yet, create a dedicated resource pool. 
• If you’re inviting personnel to a specific client, you must use the existing resource pool(s) pre-created by MyPass.

You’re now ready to invite personnel to your resource pool.
