Getting Started with MyPass for INPEX

Once your onboarding with MyPass is complete, you're ready to begin. Follow these steps to access and utilise the platform for your INPEX projects:

Step 1: Lighthouse Registration

  • Register your company profile on the Lighthouse portal.

Note: If you have questions regarding the Lighthouse registration process, please contact your INPEX focal point directly for support.

Step 2: Set Up Email Notification

Step 3: Coordinate with Your INPEX Contact

  • Reach out to your designated INPEX contact to initiate the resource request sharing process.

Step 4: Invite Personnel to MyPass

Step 5: Propose Your Personnel

  • Once your personnel have been invited, propose them to the relevant role within the INPEX project. For detailed instructions, go to Propose Personnel.
  • After you propose your personnel, they will be prompted to:
    1. Complete their mandatory requirements within their MyPass profiles.
    2. Take their inductions. For detailed instructions, go to Launch an eLearning Course

Step 6: Upload Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications

Note: Ensure that all mandatory requirements for each personnel profile are at 100% completion. This is essential for compliance and project access.
