Once your onboarding with MyPass is complete, you're ready to begin. Follow these steps to access and utilise the platform for Methanex Medicine Hat:
Step 1: Invite Personnel to MyPass
- Invite your personnel to join your worker pool. For detailed instructions, go to Invite Personnel to a Resource Pool.
Note:
- An affiliated subscription of up to 4 personnel has been added to your portal.
- Ensure all your invited personnel have accepted the invitation and completed their MyPass account set-up.
Step 2: Assign Compliance Position
- Assign the appropriate position to each of your personnel. This is crucial for compliance tracking. For detailed instructions, go to Assign a Compliance Position.
Note: If you are unsure which position to assign to your personnel, please reach out to your designated contact at Methanex Medicine Hat for clarification.
Step 3: Upload Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Upload the required qualifications, licenses, and certifications to your personnel's profiles. For detailed instructions, go to Add Certificates to a Personnel Profile.
Note: Ensure that all mandatory requirements for each personnel profile are at 100% completion.
