Once your onboarding with MyPass is complete, you're ready to begin. Follow these steps to access and utilise the platform for your Chevron projects:
Step 1: Set Up Email Notification
- Get notified whenever a resource request has been shared from Chevron. For detailed instructions, go to Set Up Resource Request and Shared Skills Matrix Email Notifications.
Step 2: Coordinate with Your Chevron Contact
- Reach out to your designated Chevron contact to initiate the sharing of a resource request (Project) with your portal.
Step 3: Invite Personnel to MyPass
- Start inviting your personnel to join your worker pool. For detailed instructions, go to Invite Personnel to a Resource Pool.
Step 4: Confirm Personnel to Project Role
- Once your personnel have been invited, confirm them to the relevant role created under Chevron’s project. For detailed instructions, go to Confirm Personnel from Resource Request (for Service Provider Admins).
Step 5: Upload Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Upload the required qualifications, licenses, and certifications to your personnel's profiles. For detailed instructions, go to Add Certificates to a Personnel Profile.
Note: Ensure that all mandatory requirements for each personnel profile are at 100% completion. This is essential for compliance and project access.
