Update a User’s Email Address

You can’t change the email address of an existing admin user. To update an email address, disable the current user account, and then add them as a new user with the desired email address. 

You need the User Management permission to manage users and user group permissions. 

Disable the current user

1. Go to Settings > User Management > Users.

2. Click the ellipsis icon next to their email address. 

3. Click Edit

4. In the Status field, select Disabled.

5. Click Save.

6. Add a new user with the new email address.
