Personnel tags help you visually identify people based on certain characteristics or criteria. Tags cannot be seen by the personnel themselves. Tags have their own section in the personnel profile.
Tags help identify workers based on specific criteria, such as their location, skills, or other relevant attributes. Tags are visible in the Personnel Profile view and Resource Pools. Tags can be used as a search criteria, allowing you to quickly find and organise personnel accordingly.
For more information on how to create Tags: Create Personnel Tags.
Different types of tags:
- Flag: simple tag, flag a single value
- Tag plus value: add a custom value to a flag
- Note: A text field for notes and attached documents. When you create a new Note type, you give it a name. Each note is tagged with the type name in the Notes field, along with the name of the user who added the note, and a timestamp.
Note: The size limit for a file attached to a note is 4MB. Files attached to notes must be under 4MB.
