The Notes feature enables you to leave text-based notes and store related attachments on the Personnel Profile. Notes cannot be seen by the personnel themselves or by other MyPass customers unless you select to share them.
Notes have their own section in the personnel profile. To use Notes you need to Create a Note Type.
Use notes for multiple personnel
Open MyPass and click Personnel.
Click on one or more personnel you want to assign the notes.
Click More and select Add Tag/Notes.
Click on the Tag selection drop-down box. Review the selection and choose the appropriate Notes option. Click Next.

You can review and add any documents (individually) in the Notes section of the personnel profile.

Add Notes for individual personnel
Navigate to Personnel, search and select the person whose profile you want to add your notes to.
Scroll down to the Notes section and click the + icon.
Select the appropriate Note type and add the details. Click Next.
