Using the navigation panel, click Projects and select the project you wish to open. You can refine your search using the options below
Under Roles, click View all Roles. Then, select the role you want to add your personnel into.
Note: An orange bar will appear on all the role cards, indicating that all roles are selected.
If you select just one role, only that individual role will display an orange bar, showing it's the sole selection.
Select a Resource Pool from the list to find your matches. The system will search on Classifications and then sort on the percentage level of compliance displaying the higher percentages at the top.
Click the magnifying glass to search for specific personnel. You can search by name, email, ID or RUT.
Note: To quickly locate personnel, you can input a list of RUT numbers directly as a search term, separated by a comma or semicolon.
This search functionality is available across all recruitment stages, regardless of whether you are viewing all roles or a single role.
To review the compliance percentage of your Matches, click the box containing the numerical percentage to view the pop out.
Click View Calendar to see a calendar view of the personnel’s availability.
Select the users you want to update. To select multiple users, click the multi-select box under Matches.
Click More to view the actions that can be applied to multiple users. Select an action to apply to the selected personnel.
Alternatively, click the ellipsis to take action per person.
Select an action to move the personnel to the relevant bucket (stage). Click Next. You have the option to notify personnel of changes by email/SMS.
Note: Projects have three layers of dates: Project start and end date, Role start and end date and Engagement start and end date.

Click the Confirmed bucket to view personnel who have accepted an offer. From this view, you can also review compliance against the role requirements. Click on either Recruitment, Compliance or Mobilsation.
