Affiliated companies are either customers or supplier companies that you work with to provide personnel. They can also be training organisations that you work with.
You can share your personnel details via Resource Pools with the companies that are affiliated with your MyPass portal. For an affiliated company to be added please contact MyPass Support.
All personnel you add to a shared Resource Pool will be visible to that affiliated company.
Note: Before you start, you may need to create the Resource Pool you want to share. Follow these steps on How to create a new resource pool.
Navigate to Resource Pools.
Hover to the Resource Pool to be shared and click the Ellipsis (...) icon. Click Share.
Tick the boxes of the listed affiliates to share the selected Resource Pool with them. Click Next. |
Update the Share Resource Pool - Permissions control. Untick the relevant permissions to disable the affiliates from performing the corresponding actions. Use the scroll bar to view all Permissions .
If ticked;
Upload Certificates - will allow your affiliated company to upload certificates on behalf of the personnel. Note: Edit Personnel Details permission has to be enabled together with this permission.
View Certificates- will allow your affiliated companies to view certificates and documents attached to the Personnel profile.
View Sensitive Certificates - will allow your affiliated companies to view sensitive certificates.
Edit Personnel Details - will allow your affiliated companies to edit personnel profiles on theirs and your behalf. Excluding uploading certificates unless the Upload Certificate box is ticked.
View Personnel Details - will allow your affiliated companies to view the Personnel Profiles within the shared Resource Pool
Click Save.
Hover over the Resource Pool to view who the Resource Pool is shared with.
