Create and Share Personnel Notes

The notes feature lets you leave text-based notes and store related attachments on the personnel profile. Notes cannot be seen by the personnel themselves or by other MyPass customers unless you select to share them.  

Notes have their one section in the personnel profile. To Use Personnel Notes you need to create a note type.  

 

To create a Note type: 

Open MyPass and click Settings.  Click Tags

Click the + button to add a new tag/note. 

 

From the tag type dropdown, select “Note: A text field for notes and attached documents”.

 

Enter the Note Name in the field provided. 

 

Enter a Note Description (optional). 

 

Click the Colour selection dropdown. Scroll down and click a Colour (optional).  

 

Click Add Tag

 

To share Notes:

Click the ellipsis icon next to the tag you want to share. Click Share.

 

Tick the box next to the affiliate with whom you wish to share the tag.  Click Next.

Select the View radio button to allow the affiliate to only view the tag in the personnel profile, or choose Edit to grant them permission to view and modify the tag.  Click Save
