The Project Verifications feature allows you to set permissions at the asset level for increased data security. Project Verifications let you restrict users to access only the verification documents related to the RTT assigned to their project and assets permissions.
Project Verifications work in conjunction with the Conditional column available within the Role Tracking Template. Together, they allow project admins to request personnel to provide additional information related to the engagement, including documents. Project admins can require that the documents uploaded by personnel be verified.
Enable Project Verifications
To have MyPass enable Project Verifications, talk to your Executive Account Manager or contact MyPass Support at support@mypassglobal.com.
Assign Project Verification Permissions
The administrator with User Management access can give other admins access to Project Verification. After admins are assigned the permission, they will have the Project Verifications module in the left menu panel.
To assign the Project Verification permission:
- Go to Settings > User Management > User Groups >Admin
- Next to Project Verifications, tick the box for the user groups you want to allow these permissions.
To assign the View Certificates, View Personnel Details, or Project Document Validation permissions:
- Go to Settings > User Management > User Groups >Assets
- Tick the box for the user groups you want to allow these permissions
