The Project Verification module shows you all projects associated with assets you manage. Select a project to see the personnel associated with it who are either proposed or confirmed. From here you can get a detailed summary of the worker’s role on the project, and view any certificates that need to be verified.
Project Verifications work in conjunction with the Conditional column available within the Role Tracking Template. Together, they allow project admins to request personnel to provide additional information related to the engagement, including documents. Project admins can require that documents uploaded by personnel be verified.
Manage Proposed and Confirmed Personnel
When you’ve been assigned the Project Verification permission, the Project Verification module is available in the left menu panel.
- Click Project Verification
You can see a list of projects associated with your asset.
- Search for a project by project name or project code.
The project search result shows the number of users who are proposed and confirmed for roles.
- Click on a project name.
After clicking on the project, you see a list of all personnel in Proposed or Confirmed stages for roles on the project. You can search within this list to find a specific worker by name, email, certification, or RUT number.
In the personnel row, you see
- Their role and role status (Proposed or Confirmed)
- A link to Verify Certificates
- A link to View Role
Note: A worker who is proposed or confirmed for multiple roles on a project will have a separate row for each role.
Verify Certificates
When you select Verify Certificates, you are redirected to the existing Verifications module. What you see depends on the worker’s certificates and their verification status.
- If they have certificates ready to be verified, the certificates summary page opens.
- Otherwise, you’ll see a 'No certificates to verify' message.
View Role
Click View Role to open a detailed summary of the worker’s role on the project.
This gives you more context about the person’s circumstances for a specific role, such as the related project, contract, PO and role tracking information.
Note: With Project Verifications enabled, you can also access this detailed view by clicking on the role name from the personnel profile.
The role summary includes a Role Tracking Template section. If a worker requires further accreditation or verification, that can be viewed and managed from here. Read more about Conditional RTT Columns.
On any projects using the Conditional Role Tracking Template column, you have the option to require validation of an uploaded document.
