How to Reset a Clui Induction (Migrated eLearning Only)

Migrated attainments that workers need to renew or retake must be manually assigned to the personnel's profile.

1. Log in to MyPass and click Personnel.

2. If the eLearning was completed in MyPass previously (e.g. not migrated), you will need to request the eLearning to be reset by the MyPass Support team by emailing support@mypassglobal.com or by clicking on the Chat button.

3. Search for the Name of the Personnel and press Enter.

4. Click the Personnel Name to open the profile.

5. This is how the migrated attainment looks in the personnel's profile.

6. Click the plus icon (+) in the Certificates section.

7. Click Add Certification.

8. Enter the Clui course code or the name on the search field. For our example, we're using the 'WEL151003 WEL Production Site Induction - Karratha Gas Plant KGP eLearning'.

9. Click Next.

10. Click Save.

11. After you manually add the course, the status will read as Pending Upload in the personnel's profile.

12. The personnel will see the eLearning in their Skills Passport, under the ‘Certifications’ tab (not in their Dashboard).

13. When the personnel clicks on the course, it will launch the course.

14. Click Launch Course. The course will launch in a new tab.
After the personnel completes the course, it is automatically uploaded to their profile.
