1. The first step is to Log In to your MyPass portal and click Personnel.

2. Click All My Personnel dropdown arrow.

3. Scroll and click Woodside Offshore or Onshore pool.
For this example, we choose Woodside Offshore pool.

4. Click on the worker's name.

5. Hover your mouse and Click on Assign option.

6. Put a tick mark on the Access to Site role.

7. Click Save.

8. The level of compliance can been seen against the matrix from the percentage figure. All personnel need to have an access to site role assigned and be 100% compliant. 

9. The Woodside course that needs to be completed can be checked by clicking on the percentage next to the access to site role. Click on the % to get more details on what the requirements are.
