Remove, Restore or Delete Personnel Invitation

Removing an invitation will give you the option to either remove a person from the pool entirely or just revoke their invitation while keeping them in the pool. You can perform these actions on Personnel in the Uploaded, Invited, Accepted, or Declined tabs.

 

Removing Personnel Invitations

Navigate to Invite Personnel. Select the Invitation Batch containing the person whose invite you wish to remove.

 

Navigate to the tab where you wish to remove personnel (Uploaded, Invited, Accepted, or Declined).

 

Select the personnel you want to remove:

 

To select all, click the checkbox at the top.

To select specific individuals, click  on the checkbox next to their name.

 

Click the Remove button.

 

Remove Personnel from Pool: This removes both the invitation and personnel from your pool.

Remove Invitations Only: This removes the invitation but keeps the personnel in your pool.

 

Once removed, the personnel will be moved to the Removed tab.

 

Restoring a Removed Invitation

Navigate to the Removed tab. Hover over the person you wish to restore, click the ellipsis icon (...), and then choose Restore.

 

The person will move back to the Uploaded tab. You’ll need to re-invite them.

 

Deleting an Invitation

To permanently delete an invitation, select the person by checking the box next to their name, then click Delete. Alternatively, click the ellipsis icon (...) and select Delete.

 

Click Delete Invitations to confirm.

 

Note: Deleted invitations cannot be undone and will not appear in the Removed tab. You will need to add your personnel again to have them back again.

To completely remove the Invitation Batch, be sure to refresh the page before deleting it. For detailed instructions, go to Delete an Invitation Batch.
