Before you can delete a project, you need to delete all project roles.  If roles have confirmed personnel or resource requests, remove them from the role first.

From the Project, hover over the role and click the ellipsis   Click Delete.

Click Yes, Delete Project Role in the pop-up window to delete the role.

If the role contains confirmed personnel or is currently connected to a resource request, the delete option is greyed out. To delete a role, first, un-confirm any workers and delete the resource request.

Undo a personnel confirmation

Click on the role and select the Confirmed bucket. 

Hover over the personnel's name and click the ellipsis.   Click Undo Confirmation.
