Create and View Shared Asset

An asset is typically a site or location. Each project is attached to an asset, and projects are grouped by asset. An asset is associated with one or more skills matrices. 

When a Client creates a resource request, an asset is attached and shared to the Service Provider. The Service Provider’s name is automatically added as a Supplier to the Asset. 

 

Create An Asset

1.  Go to Settings > General > Assets.

2.  Click the orange + icon.

3.  In the Add Asset window, enter the asset name and code.

4.  Click Next.

 

View Shared Asset

1.  Go to Settings > General > Assets.

2.  Choose the asset and hover the mouse over the shared icon.

3.  You will see the Service Provider’s name under Suppliers (E.g. ABC Contractor 2).
