The Certifications feature in MyPass allows you to manage both industry-recognised certifications and your organisation’s internal qualifications. Certifications are stored and organised using libraries, which can be accessed and managed through the Settings tab.
There are two categories of certifications in MyPass:
Nationally Recognised Certifications
These are certifications issued by national or international training bodies that meet industry standards. They are:
- Stored in the main MyPass Library.
- Verified by MyPass.
- Visible across the industry to anyone who has access to the personnel’s digital Skills Passport.
Business Owned Certifications
These certificates are specific to your business and are not nationally recognised as industry standards. They are stored in your custom libraries and managed internally by your organisation.
This category may include, but is not limited to:
- Verification of Competencies (VOCs)
- Inductions
- In-house/e-learning training
- Medicals
- Police clearance results
Note: These certificates are exclusively visible to your business, to your affiliated business partners with whom the library has been shared, and to the individual personnel via their digital Skills Passport.
Navigate to the Certifications page.
Select All to view all the certifications in your portal.
Note: The certificates shown with a lock icon are the Nationally Recognised certificates.
Select Owned to view certifications created by your organisation.
Any certificates that are LMS-integrated courses (e.g., Clui) will be indicated below the certificate name.
