Create and Share Personnel Tags

Create customised tags to help identify your personnel faster, add custom fields for key personnel, or flag potential issues associated with personnel. Tags are not visible to the Personnel.

To create personnel tags:

1. Open MyPass and click Settings

2. Click Tags

3. Click the + button to add a new tag.

4. From the tag type dropdown, select the appropriate data type for your tag:

  • Flag (Simple tag: flag a single value) - This tag allows you to assign a single, specified value to it.
  • Tag plus value - Add a custom value to a flag.
  • Note - A text field for notes and attached documents.

5. Enter the tag Name in the field provided. 

6. Enter a tag Description (optional). 

7. Click the Colour selection dropdown. Scroll down and click a Colour

8. When the Requires confirm permission box is ticked, it restricts admins from confirming personnel that have that specific Tag unless the admins have the permission to Confirm (set up in User permissions) 

9. Click Add Tag

To share personnel tags:

1. Click the ellipsis icon next to the tag you want to share.

2. Click Share

3. Tick the box next to the affiliate with whom you wish to share the tag.

4. Click Next

5. Select the View radio button to allow the affiliate to only view the tag in the personnel profile, or choose Edit to grant them permission to view and modify the tag. 

6. Click Save
