Manage Connected Personnel

Connected Personnel lets you maintain your full workforce in MyPass — not just workers on active jobs. Use it to keep certificates current, find job-ready workers fast, and mobilise in minutes when an urgent request comes in.

Workers in MyPass can have one of three statuses:

  • Active (in a Resource Pool)
  • Connected (extended workforce, reduced cost)
  • Inactive (archived)

Note: To learn more about Connected Personnel, speak to your Account Executive.

Mark Personnel as Connected

Marking a worker as Connected keeps them visible in your matches and compliance tracking, even when they're not actively assigned to a job, so you're not starting from zero when a new role opens up.

You need the Manage Connected Personnel permission to do this. Contact your Administrator if you don't have access.

To mark a single worker as Connected, navigate to Personnel and filter Show Personnel Not In Pools to display all inactive personnel.

Click the ellipsis icon beside the worker’s name and select Mark as Connected.

To mark multiple workers as Connected, navigate to Personnel and apply the Show Personnel Not In Pools filter.

Select the workers you want to update and choose Mark as Connected from the bulk action menu.

Remove Connected Status from Personnel

Remove Connected status when a worker is no longer part of your extended workforce, this returns them to Inactive and out of your active matching pool.

Navigate to Personnel and use the Show Connected Personnel filter to locate the worker.

To remove a single worker as connected, click the ellipsis icon beside the worker’s name and select Remove Connected Status. The worker returns to Inactive.

To remove multiple workers as Connected, navigate to Personnel and apply the Show Connected Personnel filter to locate the workers.

Select the workers you want to remove and choose Remove as Connected from the bulk action menu.

Find Connected Workers in Personnel

Navigate to Personnel and apply the Show Connected Personnel filter.

Connected workers appear with a Connected label alongside Active and Inactive labels, giving you a clear view of your full workforce in one place.
