Site supervisors and senior managers can verify personnel compliance on-site by scanning QR codes, even if they don't have a direct relationship with the personnel in MyPass. This feature provides instant access to role-specific compliance information, enabling informed decisions in the field for personnel from any supplier. 

Key capabilities:

• Enable role requirements to display on personnel public profiles
• View active confirmed roles and compliance status via QR code scanning
• Access role positions and certificate requirements
• Support field compliance checks for personnel from any supplier

Prerequisites:

• The feature must be enabled at the Asset level by MyPass. If you don't see the Display Role Requirements on public view of skills passport option in your project settings, contact MyPass at support@mypassglobal.com to request it be enabled for your Asset.
• Personnel must be confirmed for roles within the project.
• Roles must be active (current date falls within the role's start and end dates).
   

Enable Role Requirements Display in Projects

1. Navigate to Projects to create or edit a project. 
2. Locate the Display role requirements on public view of skills passport checkbox. 
3. Tick the checkbox to enable the feature and click Save to apply the configuration.

Note: The checkbox only appears if MyPass has enabled the feature for your Asset. If you don't see this option, send a request to support@mypassglobal.com.

Understanding What Information Displays

When scanning a personnel's QR code, the information displayed depends on their login status:

Users not logged into MyPass see the public profile, which includes:

• Personal information
• All active confirmed roles from projects with "Display role requirements on public view of skills passport" enabled

Users logged into MyPass see additional information based on their permissions and relationship to the personnel, including:

• Full access to their profile and role details
• Additional compliance and certification information

Scan a Personnel's QR Code

Using a Mobile Device

1. Open your device's camera app.
2. Point the camera at the personnel's QR code.
3. Tap the notification or link that appears.
4. The personnel public profile opens in your browser.

Note: Alternatively, you can use any other suitable scanner to scan a personnel QR code.

View Role Information

If the personnel has active confirmed roles in projects with the public display setting enabled:

1. Locate the Confirmed Roles section on the public profile.
2. Click the arrow next to a role to expand the details
3. It displays the following information:
   • Role name
   • Supplier name
   • Role positions grouped by matrix
   • Compliance status for each position
   • Certificate requirements for each position

Note: If the personnel has multiple active confirmed roles, all of them will display in the Confirmed Roles section.
