Attach a Document to a Personnel via the RTT

After uploading supplier documents, you can link them to personnel through the RTT without re-uploading files.

Note: This action can be performed by both Owner Clients and Suppliers/Service Providers, provided both groups were granted edit permission during the RTT configuration.

Go to the RTT view within your project role.

Locate the personnel and find the document column you created. Click on the document column cell. 

The system displays all uploaded documents for that personnel’s supplier matching the document type. Select a document from the list.

Review the document information and preview. Click Attach Selected Document.

The system returns to the RTT view, and the document display name will appear in the column.

 

Remove an Attached Document

If you need to remove a document from a personnel, click on the document column cell for that personnel.

Click Remove Attached Document. The value will be removed from the column, and you will be prompted to add another document again.
