The Homepage is your personal compliance dashboard that displays priority items requiring your attention. It automatically organises information to help you stay compliant and work-ready.

Once you’re logged in, you will be routed to the Homepage. For more information, refer to Log In and Out article.

Invited Roles

What it shows: New role invitations from employers

What you'll see:

• Company name extending the invitation
• Role title and basic information
• Invitation date

What you can do:

• Tap to view complete role details
• Review all requirements before deciding
• Apply - Accept the invitation and express interest
• Decline - Reject the invitation

Note: Invited roles also appear in the Work tab for easy reference.

Offered Roles

What it shows: Formal role offers awaiting your response

What you'll see:

• Confirmed role offers from employers
• Key terms and conditions
• Offer expiry date (if applicable)

What you can do:

• Review final offer details
• Check all requirements and conditions
• Accept - Confirm the role (moves to Active)
• Decline - Reject the offer

Note: This represents a formal employment offer requiring your response.

Pending Requirements

What it shows: Active roles with pending compliance requirements

What you'll see:

• Confirmed role cards with outstanding mandatory requirements highlighted in the tags
• Compliance %  indicating how close you are to being 100% compliant to your role requirements

What you can do:

• Tap any card to view detailed requirements
• Navigate directly to upload documentation
• Check which items are blocking your compliance

Note: Only active roles with outstanding requirements appear here. Fully compliant active roles are visible in the Work tab.

Pending Courses 

What it shows: Courses that are assigned to you that are incomplete 

What you'll see:

• List of pending courses 

What you can do:

• Tap to open the course in your mobile browser 

Why it's important: Incomplete courses may affect your compliance status and ability to work in certain roles.

Rejected Certifications 

What it shows: Certifications that have been rejected for verifications and require your attention

What you'll see:

• List of rejected certifications
• Reason for rejection 

What you can do:

• Tap to view full certification details, and full details of rejection (in More Information)
• Upload renewed documentation immediately

Why it's important: Unverified items will affect your compliance status and ability to work in certain roles.

Expired Certifications

What it shows: Certifications that have already passed their expiry date

What you'll see:

• List of expired certifications
• How long ago each item expired
• Which roles are affected by the expiry

What you can do:

• Tap to view full certification details
• Upload renewed documentation immediately
• See original expiry date

Why it's important: Expired items may affect your compliance status and ability to work in certain roles.

Expiring Soon

What it shows: Certifications approaching their expiry date

What you'll see:

• Certifications expiring in the near future
• Number of days until expiration
• Visual warning indicators

What you can do:

• Review items needing renewal
• Plan ahead for recertification
• Upload new documents before expiry

Why it's important: Proactive renewal prevents compliance gaps and work interruptions.
