The mobile app only supports email and password login. If you created your account using social login options (Google or Facebook), you'll need to reset your password first to access the app.
Log In
Locate the MyPass icon on your device and tap to open the application.
Tap the Email field and enter your registered email address.
Tap the Password field and enter your password.
Note: Password is case sensitive. You can use the eye icon (if available) to verify you've typed the password correctly.
Click Sign in.
Created your account with Facebook or Google?
You can only sign into the mobile app with an email and password. If you created your account previously using Google or Facebook login, reset your password and use these credentials to sign into the mobile app.

Need to create a new account?
You can create an account in your browser, and then use those credentials to sign into the mobile app.

Log out
Tap the More tab and then tap Sign out to log out.
Reset Password
If you need to reset your password, click Forgot Password?
