Reset a Password

If you originally created your MyPass profile using Continue with Facebook or Log in with Google, you must reset your password to use the mobile app version.

 

On the MyPass Skills Passport app login screen, tap Forgot Password?

 

 

Enter the email associated with your social login account. Then, tap Next.

Enter the verification code that was sent to your email.

Enter a new password following these requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Special characters recommended

 

Tip: If you can’t find the MyPass verification code in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. If you don’t get an email or continue to have issues, email support@mypassglobal.com for help.
