Required Personnel Information

You can set specific personnel information or fields such as the following as mandatory against your asset.

  • Address
  • Phone
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Passport Details (Passport Number & Country of Issue)
  • DNI (Peru)
  • Emergency Contact
  • Gender
  • Marital Status
  • Languages Spoken
  • Indigenous Status
  • Classification

Once configured, your personnel must complete the information on their profile before they can be 'confirmed' for a project role. 

Log into your MyPass portal. From the menu on the left-hand side click Settings. Then, click Assets.

 

Select an Asset and click the ellipsis icon next to it. Then, click Set Required Personnel Information.

Note: This does not apply to Shared Assets.

 

Click the Add Required Information button.

 

Choose the fields to be set as mandatory (e.g. Phone, USI, Passport Number). Then, click Save.

Note: You can set alternative options for Contact and Identity information. If personnel don’t have the required details, they can provide one of your selected alternatives instead.

 

If your personnel has missing personnel information, a prompt will be shown against the personnel's record. You can fill in the information on behalf of the personnel.

Note: You can only update the information once your personnel is in the Invited, Applied, Shortlisted, Follow-up, Offered, Proposed, and Confirmed buckets for the project role. 

This does not apply to personnel in the Matches or Removed buckets.  You will be prompted to move the personnel to another bucket to continue the process.

 

Click Add required information to open the personnel profile and to complete the process.

 

Note: The confirm button will be disabled, until the all personnel’s missing information has been completed.
