Pay a Subscription via Invoice

MyPass uses an automated billing and subscription tool that allows you to self-manage onboarding and payments. 

Note: Only your elected billing admin or admins with subscription permission can access this page. 

Log into your MyPass portal. From the menu on the left-hand side click Settings.  

Click Subscriptions to open your current subscription settings. 

 

Under Pending Invoice, you will see the Invoice Amount and the generated invoice copy that you can download.

 

Note: Invoices are generated on your subscription renewal date and must be settled within 30 days. Otherwise, your subscription will be suspended and portal access will be restricted.

Once payment is made, the status will update from Pending to Successful. Underneath, you will also see your next billing date and the amount. 

 

To download the receipt of your payment, navigate to Settings and select Billing Details.

Credit Card subscriptions are automatically charged on the due date for any outstanding invoices.
