Use the QR scanner in the Industry Portal to access your personnel's full certification details. Scanning their unique QR code provides a complete profile, including all certifications, roles, and compliance information. This is especially helpful on-site for up-to-date qualification data.

Internal/Company-owned Certifications

Previously, certifications created,  owned and verified internally may have appeared in the public view of a digital skills passport. These certifications will no longer be displayed in the public view to comply with privacy and data handling guidelines.

Industry Standard Certifications

Certifications that are verified by MyPass (industry-standard certifications) will still appear in the public view, as expected.

To view the complete set of certifications and a detailed personnel profile, log into your MyPass  Industry Portal account.

In the Personnel section, select the QR Scanner option. Scan the personnels unique QR code to access their full profile.

Note: To use the QR scanner, ensure the device your Industry Portal is logged in to has a camera (smartphone, tablet, or laptop) and can scan QR codes. If scanning issues occur, check that your camera is working and the QR code is clearly visible.

Personnel can share their QR code by accessing their Digital Skills Passport. From the dashboard, they can click the 'Share' icon to generate and share the QR code.

After scanning the QR code, you will be directed to the personnel profile, where you can view their roles and compliance status, as well as a detailed list of certifications, including those verified internally by your team.
