Project roles are created and matched to role requirements in the Skill Matrix. Once created the MyPass algorithm will match on key criteria (Classifications) and then sort based on the level of compliance to find you the closest match to your role.
Navigate to the Positions field. If you have a Skills Matrix connected to the project, you can add the requirements by selecting the relevant Skills Matrix or you can manually add requirements.
Adding requirements from a connected skills matrix.
Start typing the name of the position in the Positions field.
Select the role from the appropriate matrix in the search results. The requirements will auto-populate based on the skills matrix.
Mandatory requirements are required for personnel to be considered a match, and are used to calculate personnel compliance percentage.
Desired requirements are “nice to have” and are not used in the compliance percentage.
