Delete a Resource Request

You can delete a Resource Request that has been created by someone in your organisation.  You can delete the whole resource request or selected roles within that request. 

Shared Resource Requests appear as Projects.  These are represented by an outlined icon featuring a lock symbol. If a Resource Request has been shared with your organisation you are unable to delete this request.  

A shared Resource Request can only be deleted or archived by the issuing body. 

 

To Delete a Resource Request navigate to Projects.  Use the search option to select the Project that contains the Resource Request  you want to delete. 

Select your project and click on Requests 

 

You can view your supplier details by hovering over the supplier's icon or theicon.

 

Note: If the Delete option is greyed out you will need to delete the requested roles before you can delete the Resource Request

 

Deleting Roles.  Search for the Resource Request you want to delete the role from.  Select the role within that request.  Click on the three ellipses.  Select Delete.

 

Note: If the resource request contains any confirmed personnel, follow the steps to undo a personnel confirmation, and then delete the resource request.

You will see a prompt asking you to confirm.  Select Yes to Delete Resource Requests Role.  If you have requested multiple Roles from this supplier you this allows you to delete at a Role level. 

 

To delete the entire Resource Request select the ellipses on the supplier level

 

You will see a prompt asking you to confirm.  Select Yes to Delete Resource to remove this from both your Projects and your suppliers Projects view.
