MyPass uses an automated billing and subscription tool that allows you to self-manage onboarding and payments.
Log into your MyPass portal. From the menu on the left-hand side click Settings.
Click Subscription to open your current subscription settings. Only your elected billing admin or admins with subscription permission will have access to this page.
The number of your Active personnel and Total personnel will be shown.
- Active personnel are the number of personnel assigned to a resource pool(s).
- Total personnel is the total number of personnel registered with your organisation, whether they are active in a resource pool or not.
- Affiliated Paid Personnel is the number of Personnel that may be subsidised by a customer.
The details of your current subscription will be displayed showing your personnel tier and the frequency of your subscription, your next billing date and the amount.
To make changes to your current subscription click Change Subscription.
Note: You can not reduce the number of personnel on your subscription to less than your active personnel.
If you wish to downgrade your subscription to a tier lower than your current one, remove personnel from your resource pool(s) until the number aligns with your desired tier.
Select the number of Personnel or Personnel Tier. |
For 1-49 Personnel you will be asked to select your required number. Type in the number or use the arrows. Note for 1-4 Personnel the only payment option is Yearly via Credit Card |
For subscriptions greater than 5 Personnel and up to 49 select the payment frequency (Monthly or Yearly) Click Next |

For subscriptions over $5000.00 AUD you can select the option to download an invoice. Note: If payment by invoice is selected please ensure you download the invoice to share with your accounting/finance team. Click Next |

The updated details of your subscription will be shown. A downgrade in your subscription will require you to schedule the payment. This will take effect when your current subscription ends. Click ‘Schedule’ to confirm your subscription update. |
If you no longer wish to change the subscription plan, click Cancel plan change.
The confirmation box will show when your subscription is due to change. To proceed with the cancellation click Yes, cancel my plan change.
If you have reached your personnel limit and wish to add more, click Change Subscription.
The updated breakdown of your subscription will be shown. Click Pay to update your subscription. |
The upcoming event section will show the next billing date for ongoing subscriptions or the cancellation date if the subscription has been cancelled.
