Delete a Subscription

MyPass uses an automated billing and subscription tool that allows you to self-manage onboarding and payments. 

Log into your MyPass portal.  From the menu on the left-hand side click Settings.  

Click Subscription to open your current subscription settings. Only your elected billing admin or admins with subscription permission will have access to this page. 

 

The number of your active personnel and total personnel will be shown.
To cancel your subscription, click Cancel my subscription

 

The confirmation box will show when your subscription is due to renew. To proceed with the cancellation click Cancel my subscription.

 

 

The upcoming event section will show the next billing date for ongoing subscriptions or the cancellation date if the subscription has been cancelled.
