When a Project Role’s end date is reached or is cancelled, it will be automatically excluded from view. You can filter Project Roles and Resource Requests by status, including Active, Inactive, or All, for easier navigation and management.

To filter project roles: 

In the left navigation panel, select Projects and choose your project.

Use the drop-down menu to filter by Active, Inactive, or All roles and requests.

The default selection of the filter is ‘Active’.

The functionality extends to a search bar, enabling users to enter a keyword search to find their desired role.
