Users with access to the Role Tracking Template (RTT) can use the search bar located above the table of personnel RTT records. The search helps to locate records by searching for Personnel using their Name, MyPass ID, or RUT number.

When a user enters a search term, a dropdown will be displayed, enabling them to select one of the above criteria to perform the search.

Note: For this feature to be accessible please contact support@mypassglobal.com to request Bulk Role Tracking Template Data Update as an option for your MyPass workforce.

From the left navigation panel, click Projects

Choose the bucket (stage) where the RTT is applied, then click the file icon to toggle the tracking view.

Enter a search term or keyword you want to locate. A drop down will appear to choose either between Name/Email Address, MyPass ID or RUT. Select the option you want to filter.
