Personnel Calendar

The calendar feature in a personnel’s profile allows you to view their availability and schedule events, making it easier to coordinate assignments and manage workloads. It offers a clear overview of open and busy slots, ensuring better planning and preventing scheduling conflicts.

To view and manage the calendar for your personnel:

1. Click on Personnel and select the individual to view their profile.

Note: You can access a personnel’s profile by clicking their name in the Personnel Resource Pools, Projects, Personnel Invitations, Personnel list, or on the Overview page. 

2. Scroll down to the calendar section. Click on a date to open or add a new event on the personnel’s behalf.

Note: This opens the Personnel Event Details modal, where you can view event details, start and end times, availability, and additional information.

 

 

3. Enter the title of the event, relevant details and set the availability. Click save once completed.
