Reset an eLearning Course in Clui

Clui inductions previously completed in MyPass where personnel are required to renew or retake the course, should be reset via the Clui eLearning portal. 

This process requires Administrator access to Clui and can be done in bulk or for individual personnel.

Reset a course for multiple personnel

1. Login to your Clui portal.

2. Click Courses.

3. Go to the All Courses tab.

4. Enter the Course name in the search bar and hit enter.

5. Hover over the course in the search results and click the Edit icon.

6. Scroll down to the Certificate section and click Add Module.

7. Select Action from the list of modules.

8. Add the module name (e.g. Restart Course) and click Save.

9. Click Course Insight.

10. Click the Passed status.

11. Select the personnel who need to retake the course. Alternatively, if all personnel need to retake it, tick the box next to the Name column.

12. Click Edit enrolments.

13. In the Enrolment status field, select Reset enrolment.

14. Click Save changes.

 

Reset a course for individual personnel

1. In your portal, click on People.

2. Enter the personnel’s name in the search field.

3. Click on the name from the search results.

4. Click the Courses tab.

5. Search for the eLearning course that needs to be reset.

6. Click on the course.

7. Click Edit enrolment.

8. Under Enrolment status, select Reset enrolment.

9. Click Save changes.

10. Click Reset course progress.

11. After you reset a course, the course status changes to Yet to Start. The personnel can launch the eLearning course from their Skills Passport. After they complete the course, it is uploaded to their profile.

    To re-set a CLUI course, you do not add a new Module.  There is no ‘Action’ Module
